Refund Policy

 Returns & Refund Policy

At SMETI Clothing, we prioritise quality. Each garment is inspected before dispatch.

Because items are custom-made to order, we follow the policy below.

Eligible for Return or Refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item or size was delivered

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The item is materially different from the pictures or description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Time Frame:

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

To process a return, please email:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue

Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at SMETI Clothing’s discretion.

 Exchanges Policy

We accept exchanges only for manufacturing-related issues:

  • Defective stitching

  • Incorrect embroidery

  • Wrong colour or style received

  • Faulty trims or zippers

Because our garments are made to order, we cannot exchange for preference-based reasons (e.g., fit, size, colour changes).

Exchange Shipping

  • If SMETI Clothing is at fault → we cover shipping.

  • If the customer requests an unnecessary exchange → customer covers shipping (case-by-case).

  or replaced at SMETI Clothing’s discretion.

Warranty Policy

All garments are covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Covered:

  • Stitching failure

  • Embroidery defects

  • Material defects

  • Print or embellishment defects

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from incorrect washing

  • Accidental damage
