At SMETI Clothing, we prioritise quality. Each garment is inspected before dispatch.
Because items are custom-made to order, we follow the policy below.
Eligible for Return or Refund if:

The item arrives damaged

The wrong item or size was delivered

There is a manufacturing defect

The item is materially different from the pictures or description
Not Eligible for Return:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Time Frame:
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at SMETI Clothing’s discretion.
Exchanges Policy
We accept exchanges only for manufacturing-related issues:

Defective stitching

Incorrect embroidery

Wrong colour or style received

Faulty trims or zippers
Because our garments are made to order, we cannot exchange for preference-based reasons (e.g., fit, size, colour changes).
Exchange Shipping

If SMETI Clothing is at fault → we cover shipping.

If the customer requests an unnecessary exchange → customer covers shipping (case-by-case).
or replaced at SMETI Clothing’s discretion.
Warranty Policy
All garments are covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Stitching failure

Embroidery defects

Print or embellishment defects
Not covered:

Normal wear and tear

Damage from incorrect washing
